We offer exchanges and returns (for refund or store credit) within 30 days of shipment, provided your item is undamaged, unaltered and unwashed. For exchanges and returns for store credit (and for damaged/defective goods), we'll cover the cost of your return shipping. For refunds, we'll refund your order minus the cost of return shipping.
To start an exchange or return, email email@example.com and specify the item and we'll send you a return shipping label. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If you live in the New York City area, you can also exchange/return your item at our store at 144 Montague St, provided you meet the terms above.
